How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 30 days of Pro. There's no card to add, so nothing is charged when it ends: you simply move to Free, and everything you've written stays yours. You can upgrade whenever you like, during the trial or after it.
What happens at the Free limit?
Free includes 10 new reflections each calendar month. Once you've started them, you can still open, finish, edit and tick off everything you already have. Your trackables keep going too. New reflections open up again on the 1st.
Built-in AI or your own key?
Pro includes AI in the brainstorm panel with nothing to set up: 20 messages every 24 hours. On any plan you can also connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key in AI settings. Your key's usage isn't counted against the built-in allowance, and the provider bills you directly at their own rates, with no markup from us.
