Refund policy

The free trial

The trial needs no payment details, so nothing is ever charged when it ends. You simply move to Free unless you've chosen to pay for Pro.

Pro, monthly

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. After that you're not charged again. We don't refund part of a month you've already started.

Pro, yearly

If you change your mind, ask within 14 days of being charged for a year, including a renewal, and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days you can still cancel, and you keep Pro until the end of the year you've paid for, but we don't refund the rest of the year.

Mistakes and problems

If you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged a different amount from the one shown, we'll refund the difference in full. We'll do the same if a serious problem on our side stopped you from using Pro for a long stretch.

How to ask

Email support@aritycraft.com from the address you sign in with, and say what the refund is for. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the way you paid, and your bank may take up to 10 business days to show them.

Enterprise

Refunds for Enterprise follow the agreement with your organisation.

AI usage charges on your own key

When you brainstorm with your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, that provider bills your account with them directly. We don't receive any of that money, so we can't refund it. For questions about those charges, contact the provider:

If you think Unstuck sent requests you didn't make, remove your key in AI settings, revoke it in your provider's console, and tell us at support@aritycraft.com so we can look into it. The built-in AI that comes with Pro is included in the price, so it never adds charges of its own.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law where you live and never takes them away. If the law gives you a longer period or a fuller refund, that applies.
