The service

Unstuck is a place to reflect on feeling stuck: five guided questions that end in small action plans, and trackables to keep up the steps that matter. You can brainstorm with an AI model, either built in (on Pro) or using your own provider key. It comes in three plans: Free, Pro and Enterprise. See pricing for what each includes and costs.

Plans, trial and payment

• Free costs nothing and includes 10 new reflections each calendar month (UTC), along with the other features listed on the pricing page.
• Pro trial. Each person gets one free 30-day Pro trial, which starts when they create their account. No payment details are needed, nothing is charged when it ends, and the account moves to Free unless you've chosen to pay for Pro. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed. If you'd like an extension to the trial, contact support here.
• Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any tax that applies where you live. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Enterprise is agreed separately with each organisation. If a signed agreement differs from these terms, that agreement applies.
• Price changes. If we change the price of Pro, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. It takes effect from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Moving to Free. When a trial or paid plan ends, you keep everything you've written. Features that come only with Pro stop working, and the Free limits apply again.
• Payments may be handled by a payment provider acting on our behalf. We don't store full card numbers. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Not a substitute for professional help

Unstuck is a self-reflection tool. It isn't therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and neither is anything the AI suggests. If you're struggling or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a mental health professional, a local crisis line or emergency services now.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Unstuck.
• Sign-in is currently restricted to approved users only. You can join the waitlist here.
• Sign-in works with your registered email address and a password of your choosing. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@aritycraft.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can provide Unstuck to you, including sending it to an AI provider when you ask for a brainstorm. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

AI brainstorming

• Built-in AI comes with Pro and includes 20 messages in any 24 hours. We may change the model it uses or the allowance, and we'll tell you before reducing the allowance.
• Your own key. On any plan you can connect an API key from Anthropic or OpenAI. You must follow that provider's terms and usage policies, and their charges are between you and them.
• AI replies can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Use your own judgement. Nothing goes into your reflection unless you add it.
• We limit how many brainstorm requests you can send each minute and each day to protect you and the service.

Fair use

Please don't:

• break the law or use Unstuck to harm anyone;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or usage limits;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or
• resell or offer Unstuck to others as your own service.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Our content

The Unstuck name, design, wording and software belong to Arity Craft Limited. You may use them only as part of using the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Unstuck running and your reflections safe, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. If we plan to shut Unstuck down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to get a copy of your reflections.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Arity Craft Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you make based on your reflections or AI suggestions, or for charges from your AI provider.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Unstuck at any time, and ask us at support@aritycraft.com to delete your account and everything in it. Cancel any paid plan first, or ask us to cancel it for you. Deleting your account doesn't by itself refund a period you've already paid for; see the refund policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email you before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Unstuck after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, and the courts of Mauritius have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
